Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition, free from damage
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to partial refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or used scrubs
- Opened or tried-on compression socks
- Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
All non-returnable items are clearly disclosed prior to purchase, as required under Canadian consumer protection regulations.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective item or incorrect size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In accordance with Canadian consumer standards:

- MAKShop will cover shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Shipping fees are
non-refundable, except where the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item sent by MAKShop
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for resolution.

We will assess the claim promptly and provide a resolution in line with Canadian consumer protection standards, including replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
